I think you have a decent chance of admission, but I recommend you retake. Score a few points higher and you're a shoo-in, perhaps with some money.

Much appreciation, I am currently studying for a re-take if I cannot get in for next fall. I really just feel that I should stay in state as my network here is unbelievable
