No shot at a lucrative lawyer life?

So after a lecture of how my life is worthless now I wanted to ask fellow peers with the same hope of getting into law school my chances.
My GPA: 3.45... probably by end it'll be around 3.4~3.5
Major: Philosophy
Work: around 20 hours a week. I've been working since high school, and plan to work for a year in Japan after college.
I have 2 dependents under my care while I'm in college.
LSAT: Let's say hypothetically I get 170+
Race: Asian
I basically grew up without a family, money, or any real luxuries in life. I sort of grew up in the ghettos going from home to home.
Not sure if any of that matters but thought I would write those experiences in my personal statement.
Do I have no shot at a Top 14 law school?

Guessing at one's future LSAT score without even a diagnostic score or practice scores is highly speculative & not worthwhile.

People are going to tell you that hypothetical LSAT scores are useless. If score a 170 or above, you def can get into a T14 school. Your GPA isn't bad at all, plus you sound like you have a pretty unique story to tell. But of course LSAT will be king. Have you even taken a practice test yet? Would like to know what makes you even think that your score will be that high

Take the LSAT first. If anything, you can write a compelling Personal Statement. Any hypothetical advice is just that.

I dunno. Do you think I have a shot at becoming president?
Let's say hypothetically that I have $5 Billion of personal funds to finance my campaign.

If you can score in the 170s, a T14 is totally possible.

I should have mentioned this I took a practice test given by Kaplan once, and got 175.

Then why only a 3.4 GPA ?

The good news is that you can teach for Kaplan.
If you scored a 175 on a timed practice test given under real conditions, then sign up for the June test & get an actual score.

Not sure. Taking science classes early on sort of killed my grades I guess.

I'd also like to call out the flame here.
Even with a top LSAT score and a T14 degree, a lucrative lawyer life is still pretty unlikely nowadays.
By the way, I consider being able to graduate from college and major in philosophy to be "real luxuries in life" that you were able to enjoy. And if you don't agree, then that in itself is telling of what your standards of luxury really are.
