Top Law Schools

Hi all,

I have finished applying in my cycle and just wanted some input onto where I stand, especially with GW(my absolute #1 choice). I took the LSAT 3 times, scoring 161 (Oct 09), 165(Oct 10), and 168(Feb 11). I have already been accepted to Miami and Florida, with a scholly at Mia, and was W/L at both GW and Fordham. I contacted GW and told them to hold off on full review until my Feb scores came in. Now that they are in, what do you think my chances are of getting off the waitlist? I originally applied ED(knowing there was no chance, but thought it would show some sort of commitment); Didn't get in ED, switched my app to P/T and now I am on W/L.

I realize that the WL doesn't take into account PT or FT status. Though I went up each time with my scores, do you think taking it 3 times will be heavily frowned upon ? I plan on sending a LOCI within the next few days...any advice or chances as to what I should expect?! Any help whatsoever would be GREATLY appreciated...thanks so much!

I'm not sure about how GW treats their WL, but make sure you write a good LOCI ASAP. FWIW, I withdrew from there the other day, so at least one spot opened up

I think you should wait a year and re-apply on the first day of applications. GW at sticker if you get in won't be worth it. I had nearly identical stats and did not get any money, however.
