as my lsat score reflects i have never been a strong test taker unfortunately. i will have been working for a year at a top 100 fastest growing/most successful private companies in the US. also i have worked at a law firm prior to that. any chance at me getting in anywhere good?

Unfortunately, LS admissions is a numbers game, so the importance of your work experience is infinitesimal compared to your numerical criteria. I know this is stereotypical TLS advice, but please don't waste that solid GPA and retake. How hard did you prepare for the LSAT? Do you truly feel like you maxed out your potential or that you have room for improvement? The LSAT is totally learnable!

really embarrassing but i got a 148 with a retake. i just honestly have such big test anxiety its some psychological struggle i cant seem to navigate via conventional methods. in hs i had a similiar case, bad SAT but very good GPA and very good softs/personal statements.

If you have trouble performing well under extreme stress why the hell would you want to be a lawyer?

it's common knowledge that in law school grades are determined by a single, long ass exam. If I were you, I'd get some professional help with that "psychological struggle" of exam taking, study to retake the lsat, then see what happens.
