3.8-3.9 GPA / 157 LSAT

I'm graduating with my BA in Polisci / Econ next spring (2012) and just got my results for the Feb 12th LSAT.
Here are some I'm looking at:
- Pace
- NY Law School
- SUNY Buffalo
What are my chances, realistically speaking?
Any other schools someone can recommend?
I'm in a tough financial position so I'm definitely looking for some sort of scholarship.
Any advice is more than welcome!
Thanks in advance guys!
PS - I'm in New York City, but willing to move if necessary.
EDIT: Or should I look into retaking?

Do not waste that GPA on TTTTTTTTTTTTTT
If you get a 160 your life/options will change dramatically.
+1. A score in the high 160's would give you chances at T14 schools. You would also have the option to take a huge scholarship at a decent school.

If you really want to stay in NYC, don't go to a school ranked lower than Fordham.

Retake. You could get Fordham with as low as a 164 with that GPA.

I sense a consensus...
I guess I'm a little hesitant to take it out of fear of scoring lower.
Can anyone recommend a good study guide (besides past LSATs)?
Thanks again!

Thanks for the help!
I'm registered for the June LSAT, bought some more preptests and the Powerscore LG bible to focus on my weakest section.
Wish me luck!

I thought it was pretty common for LG to be weakest.
RC is by far my strongest.

It's about time someone takes retake advice seriously. Do everything you can possibly do to get that LSAT score as high as possible. Your GPA is very solid, and a high LSAT will open a LOT of doors (possibly in the T-14).
If LG is your weakest section, please oh please follow Pithypike's guide:
http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... =6&t=41657
Go back through ALL the games you complete the first time around and do them three times again using the Powerscore method. Be sure you do all the games that you do after that 3 times as well.
If you want a bit more structure to your studying, then you should also consider taking a course with Testmasters (testmasters.net), Powerscore (powerscore.com) or Blueprint (blueprintprep.com).
There are a lot of people who would kill to have your GPA. Don't pass up your possible opportunity at a T-14 without trying everything you can possibly do to raise that LSAT

Thanks for that link!
Some great info and advice there.
If I have a chance at the T14's that's incredible and more than enough motivation to get me focused on retaking.
