In at UVa ED, though if I were you I'd retake the LSAT to try and finagle some money out of UVa.

probably in at all, but only at UVA if you ED early/in the fall. if you are a VA resident this makes it more certain, though there aren't a whole lot of sub-165/3.9-4.0's on the UVA LSN

My Thoughts on the sub-165 as well.

probably in at UCLA, and probably out at michigan unless you have impressive softs accompanying an ED contract

if they like you, they might waitlist you and maybe let you in off the WL in the summer. i've heard of it happening

Don't waste that GPA. Retake and enjoy HYS.

I already have one canc. score... not sure how two takes and a cancel will look.

no worse than one cancel and one take, although heed this advice. to break into the t6 with certainty, you probably need a 171 at least, and not everyone can get that score no matter how many times they take the LSAT

also, for HYS it's more like 175+. GL with that......

No school that will take you is going to care. HYS (and possibly CCN) might care but a cancel/163/anythinglowerthana163 is going to look the same as a cancel/163 to any other school. A cancel/163/anythinghigherthana163 is going look better than a cancel/163 everywhere.

I disagree with this. While OP's GPA is excellent, a 163 LSAT isn't getting him/her into UCLA. Take a look - http://ucla.lawschoolnumbers.com/stats - no one's gotten in with a sub-164 LSAT this cycle except for URMs.

Also, I dunno about UVA. OP barely hits UVA's 75th percentile GPA, but the LSAT is well below 25th percentile. Maybe if he/she EDs on the first day of applications, but I wouldn't bet on it.

I took the LSAT three times (157/164/172), and it doesn't seems to have affected my cycle negatively- I've gotten in everywhere a 172 alone should have.

Consider retaking. You could get serious $$ at a T-14 and most like HYS if you do well enough.
