I'd say most likely not.

Admissions is a numbers game - LSAT / GPA.

Where did you end up transferring to?

If you're really concerned about it, write a short, direct, no-excuses addendum stating why you transferred. You should be fine as long as your numbers are in line with the school.

if you saved $ on tuition by transferring, then you need no other explanation. If anything, say how excited you are at the prospect of getting to move back. fwiw, I transferred twice (not from or to Columbia) and got into Columbia

I transferred out of BC, and they flat out rejected me with numbers above their medians. I got money from several T30. Take that for FWIW, but if you explain the tuition differences then that might be enough.
