I have a 165 LSAT and a 2.8 GPA (..I know).. Do you think it's worth it to put an application to Notre Dame, or would this be a complete waste of time.. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

If it's for next year, I would probably shoot an app out, tbh. If you are comfortable spending the app fee and knowing it's a long shot, then go for it! (this year would definitely be pointless though)

Not much of a chance, but if you have a really compelling story that has to do with something ND might like, then you might have a slim shot. We're trying to get those medians up though. Retake and with a 168/169 you might have a shot if you write a great Why ND. If you did get that, you'd be looking at more money from WUSTL and possibly UIUC as well though.

I would apply to IU. If you want the midwest, they seem to take a lot of 164+ without regard to GPA.

Not longer the case
