Would it help at all to get a LR from someone who graduated the business school (I know not Law school) at USC but could attest to my maturity and diversity experience?

Would it be too late to apply to emory?

Sorry, but you have absolutely no shot at USC with that gpa and LSAT at their median. Also you are applying really late in the cycle.
