Undergrad fron Emory U and major in Econ and Psych. Concentration area of my major was law and econ.

Quite upward trend in GPA 2.6 in freshman/sphomore yeara and 3.6~7 in junior and senior year. I just party too much in the first two years during college.

Took lsat twice 156 and 160.

What are my chance at Cardozo May parttime program?

I would say that your chances are pretty slim. Maybe an addendum about your low gpa would help. Don't let them know that you were partying, though.
