2.2/165
What are my chances at lower tier 1 or at a school like Suffolk (full time) or Franklin Pierce?
My GPA is low because of working a difficult job during undergrad (research lab that wasnt related to my major where I now hold a full time position).
Thanks

Law school predictor puts you at "consider" for both FP and Suffolk.

Probably will depend upon the rest of your application--especially your explanation of your low GPA.

Yeah, I'm aware of the results that LSP shoots back at me, I was just curious as to whether or not a decent lsat score could really outweigh a horrible gpa at lower tier schools (particularly ones where the lsat score is several points higher than their reported 75th percentile like at FP). My two LORs are both very strong, and my personal statement details the unique work experiences I have had and the leadership qualities that I have displayed in improving my current work environment for everyone involved. I'm not sure how to judge my softs against others (I haven't won any olympic medals, but I didnt work at the library help desk for 6 hours a week either) so I am really hoping my lsat score sets me apart at schools with much lower 75th percentiles.
