Someone chance me!
Applied a day or two after x-mas....
I'm in-state, 4.0 grad GPA, good softs, and I wrote each of the 4 essays (which is why I didn't submit earlier). Also I am non-Mex, non-PR hispanic, which I feel has given me a slight boost this cycle.
Thanks!!

I don't think you'll get in; your LSAT is pretty far below their median (163). Any chance you can retake? I think if you hit median, with that GPA you'll get a good scholarship.

My LSAT is at their 25 and my GPA above their 75.......which makes me feel my chances = total crapshoot.

You may have a shot, then. Writing those essays, being in-state, and your minority status should help.

Last cycle, they WL'd an AA female with a 157/3.94. She may have been OOS, however.

How good are your softs, LORs and extra essays? I know TLS makes these factors out to be negligible but I think in your situation they may help you out a bit.

Yes, I wrote all of the extra essays (there were four to answer if you wanted to, I spent a while writing all of them, highlighting that I'd like to get a job in the state or region). I had a long internship at a NC enviro agency that went well. I also have extremely good LORs from professors I've worked with to publish research, I have written multiple theses, and I've done some additional conservation work on a nationally funded project with some three letter agencies. My focus is the enviro field, and I wanted to convey that I was serious about it so I'm hoping they see it serious as well.
I am just hoping not to be WL.
