No one can help without an LSAT score. Your GPA won't keep you OUT of any schools though...so there is that.

LSAT is about three times as important as your GPA.
edit: with a good LSAT you can go anywhere.

Eh, your major and overall GPA's are pretty good, but your app is definitely going to take a hit from that "science" GPA.

If i might inquire... What is the problem with being a science double major? The material is far more difficult and lawyers that are versed in science seem like they would come at a premium in chemical industries ect.... + your guaranteed someone with religious study habits.

They're messing with you, bud.

That's an impressive GPA. Come back when you have an LSAT or even how you are doing on practice tests. If you get a 170+ you have a good shot at most. 175+ would be golden pretty much anywhere. It's hard to predict YHS.

Because the skills needed to do science and the skills needed to do law don't really mesh. A science BS prizes memorization, experimentation, and precision. Law encourages creative, outside of the box thinking and a difficult type of researching. And the writing style is completely different.
I recommend you don't go to law school, all in all.

Oh I didn't catch the "material is far more difficult." I retract my previous post.

If you want to attend a top school, you should strongly consider nailing the LSAT.

Do you list trolling law school forums as one of your EC's?

Threads like this make me want to stay in cities where I already know people so I don't have to hang out with law students.
OP---if you get a 167+ you have a good shot at a top school (Cornell, UT, USC, UCLA, Berkeley)
168+ for schools like UPenn, UVA, Duke, Michigan
170+ and you are probably getting shots at NYU, Chicago, Columbia---Harvard Stanford and Yale are harder to tell

Oh, I love UCLA but I the stories that drift out about their OCI are similar in tenor to the stories that escape from a city struck by a zombie apocalypse. In any event, UT is the "traditional" #15 (one reason why its T-14, a closed group is less confusing).
