I was thinking "no" until I saw your GPA. It may be possible, now. Perhaps you should submit a well-written addendum about your LSAT improvement, to draw their attention to it. Your chances are far from certain, but not impossible either.

Send them an email and ask if you can re-ED. But that LSAT puts you in decent shape for other T14s too though.

I didn't know re-ED in the same cycle was an option. I just submitted Round II Ed app to Duke. If I get dinged or WL then I'll ask UVA if I can "re-ED."

I know they didn't use their wait list at all over the past 2 cycles; you may have a decent shot of getting in if they use it, but if they over-enroll again you're SOL.
I think you would do well to cast a wider net than put all your eggs in one basket.
