At least I believe I'm non-URM, if Indian (South Asian) is not considered URM.
Looking at primarily California schools, since I'm from CA, but I'm interested in seeing what I could get out of state as well, so any insight is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Retake the LSAT so you can aim for UCI/UCD/UCH.
ETA: Looks like you might have taken it 3 times already. If so, get the biggest scholarship you can from the lesser schools (Santa Clara, McGeorge, Southwestern, etc) and try to get the stipulations removed.

I wish I could, this was my third time in 2 yrs, so just trying to see the best I can get with what I've got right now.

Yeah I saw that after I posted.
Looks like you have a small shot at Loyola (probably best school you have a shot at), but I would seriously take a worse school on as large a scholarship you can manage.

As far as getting large scholarships from Cali schools your best bets are Golden Gate Southwestern, Whittier. Probably in at UoP McGeorge, Santa Clara, Chapman. small chance of getting into Loyola or San Diego I'm thinking. Best of luck!

Thanks for all the insight!
How about non-California schools, can I get some insight with how my stats would fare out of state?
