mmm if you're retaking then we'd need the retake to give you any kind of real chances... unless you want to be chanced with the 165?

Unless Boalt's medians go up (re: LSAT), you should be in.

Without the retake, my guesses:

Out: HS, CCN, MVP (V could happen with ED), D, G
Weak Consider: Boalt
Consider: UCLA, USC
Good Chances: GWU, Minnesota
Safety: UC Hastings

Definitely retake though. Even if you don't care about T14, a few points can open a lot of schools/scholarships up for you.

That being said, does Boalt average LSAT scores? Because on the TLS page, they say they do.
This is semi-hidden in their admissions FAQs:

If you take the test more than once, we usually use your highest score unless the scores are grouped closely together, in which case we use the average. We recognize that there is no statistical significance to a score gain or loss of a few points within the standard deviation for the test.

I want Berkeley pretty bad, so I've read about everything on there, haha. Good luck!

This seems right. Someone did get into UVA ED with your numbers, but I wouldn't bank on that, especially if you aren't a resident. And, with weak softs, I doubt Berk is happening, but maybe.
