Also, this might make a difference: I'm applying this month.
I realize the average will hurt me.
I had panic attacks all through the first LSAT I took, and my friends told me not to cancel because "some anxiety helps you!" Haha, I guess it didn't work out for me the same way.

You didn't say where you're thinking of applying, but I can't imagine a 3.76 GPA being the "kiss of death", especially paired with a 170 LSAT.
EDIT - Unless you were talking about the average of your two LSAT scores?

Oh, yes I was referring to my first LSAT. I know it's not a HORRIBLE score, but I am aiming for the T14 and I know one or two average (Harvard, G-Town) and the 162 will surely pull me down.

You'll get into several T14s. The only thing you can do is send your apps and see how it shakes out. If you're not happy with your options, take a year off and reapply earlier next cycle.

+1. FWIW GULC and UVA still have their ED options open. Though you'd likely be accepted to GULC via RD.
