Looking for advice on whether I should take a year off and re-apply next cycle.
Improved LSAT from 159 to 167
3.9 GPA in hard science
average LORs/softs
Current Cycle:
Waitlisted: UVA (ED), GW
Accepted: Ohio St., Richmond, Miami, George Mason, Tulane, Case, Pitt
Rejected: Fordham
Pending: UNC, Wake, W&M
If I decide to re-apply next cycle, what are my chances at UVA ED and T-14 in general.
Thanks!

Surprised by the straight up reject at Fordham and WL at GW. You definitely have T15-20 numbers.
Where do you want to work?
I would definitely take a year off, aim for 170+ in June and apply in September. Even if you don't get a better score, you could do the ED triple dip of UVa => UMich => GULC if you have your heart set on T14 or bust.

The 167 is a December retake...just found out a couple minutes ago actually. All of my current apps were reviewed with the 159. Assuming I decide not to retake again, what kind of chance will I have if I ED at UVA, UMich and GULC.
Honestly, no preference on where I want to work.

The point of the triple ED is to do it successively after each one rejects you. I think if you ED UVa early next cycle with a 3.9/167 you are pretty much auto in there.
UVa might snap you up this cycle considering they waitlisted you at 159, which would be ideal.
