What are my chances?

I'm impatiently waiting to hear back from a bunch of schools so I though I'd get your opinions. 3.2 gpa and 170. Non-urm. I didn't really do anything in college and I have a recent DUI (last may). What are my chances of getting into the following schools?
Duke - ED (I know its not gonna happen but I grew up in Durham so I had to try)
UCLA
USC
UC Davis
GW
GT
BC
BU
Illinois
Michigan
Vanderbilt
William and Mary

Splitters are hard to predict, dear Noodle. :\ I don't usually frequent this area of the forum, but I'm guessing this is why you're not finding many answers.
Honestly, LSN is your friend.

the dwi arrest is bad (mostly because it's recent), but i don't think it will kill your chances. at schools that you are clearly over, it won't hurt. at schools you are boarderline, it will.
Duke - ED (I know its not gonna happen but I grew up in Durham so I had to try): possible as you grew up there and are a 170.
UCLA: probably not going to happen (probable WL if no DWI so i'd say reject)
USC: possible (in if no dwi, i'd say WL)
UC Davis: IN
GW: IN
GT: OUT
BC: WL/IN
BU: WL/IN
Illinois: IN
Michigan: DEF OUT
Vanderbilt: IN
William and Mary: IN WITH $ (DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH IS LEFT $ IS LEFT!!!)

If you get wl, it's probably a soft reject, so those wl/outs aren't good. Apply to WUSTL. Splitters have it tough.

Vandy doesn't do sub-3.3 unless by some miracle you get off wl or your degree is engineering. UCLA and USC aren't happening. They love GPA.

idk people with 170s and around a 3 got close to 50k from w&m. does the dwi hurt him that much?
driving while intoxicated is stupid and dangerous, and deserves to be punished, but i don't know if it is a sign of dishonesty or aggression. i think from the law school's pov, their only fear is that if you do it again, it'll be pretty embarrassing for them, but it doesn't mean they'll need to worry about how you'll be with the student body or in a class.

Thanks for the replies! I guess it's kinda what i figured with the DUI where I'll get waitlisted or rejected at schools I was borderline for. I did get into w&l though, and apparently they hate character violations so who knows. Maybe something else in my application makes up for it. I also got into wustl and Indiana with money, so that'll soften the blow I know I'm getting from mich, ucla, and duke.
