No one responded to my last post. Perhaps it was b/c I posted at 2AM. Anyway, trying again.

My softs include a public policy MA, an overseas fellowship and ~2.5 yr work exp as a government consultant.

Thoughts on HYS or CCN?

Good shot at CCN - maybe all three, but certainly competitive at Chicago and NYU I would think, but I dont know how much the retake will hurt you at NYU.

HYS who knows - you have a shot. Your GPA is great. Again, the retake might hurt you here.
