Lotsa extracurricular leadership softs, currently working full time, graduated in May.
Chances for BU, GW, and Boalt.
Go!
P.s.- retaking isn't an option for me

.
Edit- to clarify, I'm Cuban-American.

I think you have a good shot at BU and GW. Boalt is rough for anyone. Someone got into NYU last year who was a URM with a 3.3 and 163. I'd try my hand...but I'd send them out NOW.

Thanks. All were submitted in November.
Any T-14s besides Boalt that I should consider this late in the cycle, though?

Cuban isn't URM but still might get a slight boost.

Thanks for clarifying. Others have told me different. Ive heard Cuban is weighed very differently depending on the schools you apply. For example, east coast schools won't view with as much weight as a school in the Pacific NW.

I've heard the same but it is hard to tell considering most of the evidence is anecdotal.
If anything, definitely don't expect a boost as large as a URM (Mexican/Puerto Rican/NA/AA) at any place you apply, but I think it is worth sending some greater than normal reach applications on the off chance that you do get a slight boost.

You should look around some cuban threads in the URM board. The what are my chances people tend to be extremely pessimistic because CW says Cuban is not URM. You might find out what kind of boost you'll get if you look at the cycles of other cubans though. HTH. Right now, I'd say you're out at BU/GW/Boalt. LSAT is too low.
