It doesn't matter if you apply both cycles.

Retake, although you'd probably be good with a 3.96/165 very early in next year's cycle. Score a few points higher and you can get $$$ at some good schools.

Unless you are a Virginia resident or a URM, your personal statement had better bring Jason Dugas to tears (in a good way) if you want any chance of getting in with a 166.
