A good friend of mine scored a 144 on his first practice LSAT and with a LOT of studying he was able to get his practice test average to 163. His high score practice test was 168 but he choked on test day and got a 161. My point is that with enough of the right kind of studying, you too should be able to bring your score up into the 160's.

I found that even on my worst days, burned out, tired, hungry, body aching, I could still pull a 160 on PT's. It's not very difficult. My diagnostic was 147 or 152 I can't remember.
