I don't see any actual disadvantage, since that seems to be what you're asking.
However, with that GPA and the knowledge that you're capable of hitting 173 (maybe higher) with continued practice, I sure as shit would hope UVA turns me down so I could work my ass off to get a 173+ in June in hopes of landing HLS or CCN/MVPB with $$.
