Would you say 75th/25th matter also? Since both Vandy/UCLA have higher 75th LSATs and higher 75th GPA than Cornell.2010 Medians:

It's not as simple as saying one school is more selective than another. Medians give you a rough idea of average selectivity, but since these 3 schools are so close together, you'd also have to consider the applicant's exact numbers. For a weak reverse splitter such as OP, the chances are Vandy > Cornell > UCLA. For someone with different numbers, say 3.70 / 168, it'd be Cornell > UCLA >> Vandy.

In general, you can compare the 25th/75th of schools with similar medians to see which are relatively friendly to splitters (low 25th GPA / high 75th LSAT) or reverse-splitter friendly (low 25th LSAT / high 75th GPA).
