I'm applying to schools in San Fran, SoCal, NYC, and Boston... what are my chances with a 3.3 and 170. 4 years awesome work experience, 3 stellar LoRs, volunteer experience, and a good GPA Addendum? (not a URM)

Chances are good you'll get into a school in one of those cities.

USC, BU, BC, Fordham, and Cornell should all be reasonable hopes for you given your scores and area.

Berkeley and UCLA, the better California options, probably aren't happening.

As much as I hate to sound like a stereotypical TLSer you should consider ED to UVA or Northwestern if you really want to get into the best school possible, both would probably take you and you would have less people to compete with if you wanted to bid for California or NYC.
edit - Not sure if NU's deadline has past though, it very well might have.

This. No schools = no chances.

You won't get into the T14's in NYC, SF, and Boston. You aren't getting USC or UCLA either.

This means you should look to other cities.

You'll get Northwestern if you apply soon. And you'll probably get Georgetown. You've got a definite shot at Michigan.

Not sure why'd you want all those cities but not Chicago and Washington, DC. I might get not wanting Ann Arbor, but still three years there and you can go to New York after.

Other cities (and their schools) you should consider:

Chicago (Northwestern)
DC (Georgetown)
Philadelphia (Penn)

You missed the ED deadlines for all of them, but RD is at least worth a shot. 4 years WE and strong PS/LORs could make up for a low GPA at one of them.

UC schools are picky about GPA, so you're probably not getting into UCLA. BC and BU are definitely possibilites, and will likely offer at least some $, for that LSAT score.

Update: Got into Penn so far... waiting to hear from other T14s once I get December LSAT score back!

Nice. If you get a much higher LSAT you might get NYU. But that's about it.

I'd take Penn over any school but the T6 for your city interests.

Retake your undergraduate degree. That GPA is shite. J/k... i'm sure you've law school numbered that lsat score and already know it'll get you into all of those cities. What do want - a pat on the head? I'd go somewhere where they'll give you scholarship.
