T6 will be tough - the lowest enrolled GPAs are roughly 3.4 at Yale, 3.2 at Stanford, and 3.1 at Chicago. But you should be fine for lower T14s.

The rule of thumb for URM admissions is that schools typically give more leeway on LSAT scores than GPAs. That said, your LSAT won't require any schools to dip below its LSAT median, and since padding the school with high GPAs is easier than seeking high LSATs, you might stand a chance at a T6. Hourumd doesn't give you very favorable chances, but the sample size of URMs with those numbers is like 2 people. I'd say it's might be worth an app to CCN, and definitely 7-14. Keep in mind that this is only a guess, but if you have fee waivers I would say it's worth the applications.

Your chances (IMO) at the T6 and Berkeley are nil.

However, you are definitely in Cornell and have a pretty good shot at the rest of the T14.
Good luck!
