HYS - out
NYU - slim shot
Berkeley - better than 50% with good softs
GULC - near safety
UCLA - safety

HYS: long shot. not impossible, but definitely wouldn't count on it
NYU: definitely possible, right around your range
Cal: should be set
GULC/UCLA: Safeties (although maybe go one just a little lower)

I wouldn't say Stanford is an auto-reject. Your LSAT is median (unless there's anything to the rumors about them changing their admissions index) and though your GPA is on the low end, it's still in the IQR. While no one without a very high GPA, good LSAT, and good softs has a "good" chance given how tough and black boxish their admissions are, I'd say you have a shot depending on what kind of public interest experience and graduate degree you have, especially if you can tie everything together with a compelling narrative that runs through your application.
You have a good chance at Boalt and shouldn't have any problems at Georgetown and UCLA. Blanket most of the top-14, and you might get some merit money too. Check out lawschoolnumbers.com.
