UC Davis (weak consider with these #'s) - Not a clue.
Suffolk - Not a clue, but you'll get in to better schools.
Richmond - Not a clue, but you'll get in to better schools.
Houston - In, with some money perhaps.
Wake - In with some money.
A few extra points will help a lot. More importantly, where would you like to live and work? You're all over with your picks.

You're all over the map both geographically and rankings-wise. Why the disparity? No two schools are even in the same market...

Little late, didn't realize that my post got any replies.
3.2X, 163,???
Applied to:
American- would like to work in DC
GW- same as above, realize its a reach
Washington and Lee- free app, reach
Richmond- would like to live there
Suffolk- family in Mass, they're all lawyers so there is a chance of getting hooked up if I practice there
Houston- would like to live there
Wake- would like to live there
UC Davis- would like to live there, realize its a reach
Suggestions? I live in Vermont and want to go to school out of New England, which is why I'm not applying to Harvard... Given that I will most likely attend a regional school, I'm looking at VA, NC, SC, TX, CA. My apps are in but I retook in Dec so I can certainly send a few more out.

Since you are still in UG, I say you wait another cycle, and retake. Get yourself up to 167+ (170+ would be even better), and then you can apply to way better schools and get money.

I don't know for sure, but wouldn't a 3.2x/163 be out at Wake? Maybe a 3.5/163 but a 3.2 is kinda low.

No. They give more weight to the LSAT.
