Top Law Schools

So I absolutely choked on my October LSAT and guessed on an entire LG and got a 164. Was testing in the high 160s/low 170s before. I probably should have canceled, but the thought of not having a reportable LSAT score until the end of December is scary as hell.

Someone told me I should definitely start applying with my current score as is, and simply note that I am retaking in December.

Regardless, any thoughts on how I'd fare at the following schools with my current stats?

UCLA - ED (any idea how the logistics of my December retake will play here? They said they will make decisions by the end of December, but also that they require an October LSAT)
USC
Fordham
Emory
Boston University
Cardozo
Brooklyn Law

My PS is geared toward entertainment law--one of the reasons UCLA or USC are top choices.

Out everywhere except Cardozo and Brooklyn. You're aiming way too high with your current LSAT and will likely get rejected from UCLA ED before your December score is reported in early January.

I think you can get in all the NY schools listed (if you apply PT to Fordham) I don't think you will get a W/L if you apply now.
