Stupid Stupid Question: Would a 172-174 (my PT avg) December LSAT really be enough for me to be not only in at all these schools, but also in at some T14s? Sorry, I just find that hard to believe for some reason that a few more points would mean so much, but I guess that's the way it all works.

You are well below median for every t14 school. You are below 25th % for every single t14 school. To have any chance at all you need a 170+.
That being said a 170+ and you are good at UVA with an ED.
For RD you would need at LEAST 170 to be competitive.
