3.63 GPA/ 166 LSAT/ Ph.D/ Job experience. any chance?

Hi Guys

undergraduate GPA : 3.63 (foreign, Asian, but top school, honor graduation, ranked as superior in LSAC transcript)
LSAT : 166

I have Ph.D degree from one of the top schools majoring neuroscience (in USA), and >2 years of job experience as a researcher (also in USA).

I would like to apply schools below; (My personal statement and diversity essay focus on my science/job experience and interest in IP law)
what are my chances?

You're aiming way too high with your LSAT. Since your foreign GPA doesn't count toward the class numbers, you'll only have a shot at schools with 166 or lower medians, which means UC Hastings and Fordham. Since it looks like you're aiming for schools in big cities, I would also suggest:

Boston University
Boston College
Emory

If you can get a PhD in neuroscience, you can get a 170+ on the LSAT. For the schools you want, retake.

If you want to get in those schools, just apply. The worst case is you wasted your money, which is not that much. I understand why you asked the question here, but the answers should not dissuade from applying your dream schools.
