Hello Ladies and Gents,

So I have 2 LSAT scores, a 163 and a 169 (from Oct '10), a 3.58 from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, majoring in Business with concentrations in Business Law and Entrepreneurship. I have 1 year of work experience out of college under my belt working with Apple (not in a store, corporate, reporting indirectly and directly to Steve Jobs), which will be 2 years by the time I go to Law School. More work experience on top of that, including internships at top Entertainment Industry businesses like CAA and NBC/Universal. Applying with the intention of doing Entertainment Law.

- USC ?
- UCLA Early Decision ?
- Any other schools you can recommend for Entertainment Law or Corporate Law (my backup), either in NY, San Fran area, or LA only plz.

If you want to practice in Cali UCLA is worth an ED.

You are over/under so RD won't be a sure thing

I got into T10 with same stats, but a lower first score.

#'s? Cycle? URM? Medians have risen significantly in just a few years for a lot of the t14 schools.

Incidentally, don't go to a school just because of the specialty. Specialty programs mean pretty much jack. Gun hard for jobs in LA and NY working at a large firm and hopefully you catch a break. The only difference between a regular contract and entertainment contracts are the name at the top.

Don't ED to UCLA. Bad debt to jobs ratio.

appreciate the detailed concerns, but please let me know my actual chances at UCLA with and without an ED, and how in I am at USC with the scores.

thank you :D
