You might want to wit a year then, your retake will not be back i time for ED and if you look at their lsn graph there's a pretty frim cutoff in the mid 160's. on the other had if your retake comes in the high 160s you've got a pretty good shot rd. so I guess don't waste the ED ad retake?

Penn is an excellent choice then.
In seriousness, check out lawschoolnumbers:

It doesn't look like they took a single non-URM with a sub-165 LSAT last year, even with a phenomenal GPA. I think you're going to have to boost it significantly if you want a shot there (and I'll be pulling for you, 'cause that's a fantastic GPA you got there).

Penn is most likely out unless you are URM...a few extra points would definitely help a lot. I think with a 168 you should be golden for ED (if you're willing to wait a cycle).
