Top Law Schools

Looking for chances as well as some suggestions on where else to apply. I plan on staying in the south or midwest for school and work. Numbers are 168/3.5. Residency in TN. Here's where I'm applying so far:

Vandy
WUSTL
William and Mary
Bama
UTK
UK
SLU

Note: I would definitely consider going to a T2 if I got close to a full ride. Any chance of that from UTK?

I guess it depends on what parts of the midwest you're considering, but what about Minnesota, Wisconsin, or UIUC?

Hmm you have solid numbers. I think UIUC will give you some money. UTK.... i dont even know what school you are referring to lol

UTK is University of Tennessee - Knoxville. I guess I'll go ahead and knock SLU off, it was just on my list before I got my LSAT back last week.

I think I'm gonna add Indiana and UIUC, maybe UVA as a reach. Is there anything else I can do to add to my chances at Vandy, maybe a Why Vandy essay? Its definitely my top choice.

Indiana and UIUC are good choices. Your well below both medians at UVA so it wouldnt be worth as much time as Vandy. I would definitely write a good why vandy essay and get an interview and hope you really hit it off with the interviewer
