Top Law Schools

I'm a junior currently prepping for the LSAT. I'm interested in Tulane and realize it would be a reach for me with my 3.2.
Besides getting a 170 (to be above their 75th percentile) on the LSAT and raising my GPA these next three semesters, what could I possibly do to make it in?

I'm a political science major, business administration, and philosophy double-minor from a private university in TX.
I will be doing a semester in Germany next year, have experience as a clerk at a public interest law firm (I work for the social security disability/SSI partner). I will also be in an internship at the Mexican Consulate this summer. I am Mexican-American and female.

I'm considering quite a few law schools currently, but Tulane is at the top of my list, along with Northeastern. St. Mary's would be my safety (but I don't want 90k in debt from a Tier 4), and WashU would be another reach. If you could help with some tips, and possibly suggest additional safety schools, that'd be great.

Obviously you don't have a score to go off of yet, but you are not taking into account the effect your URM status will have on your cycle. Even with a 160, you will still be getting into schools ranked higher than Northeastern. I would say don't go lower than Tier 1...you should get decent scholly offers throughout those rankings.

URM. You can probably score mid 160's and feel safe.
