My first lsat was 152 taken last December. My GPA is 2.52 and my newest lsat score from Oct is 160. I am specifically looking into the following schools:
1. Syracuse
2. Touro
3. Hofstra
4. Pace
5. U Miami
What are my current chances of getting into these school? Should I retake the Dec lsat if i could realistic score at around 165?

If you do get in, don't go to these toilets. Retake the LSAT. Bad debt to jobs ratio from all of these.

Well, I was kind of wondering still what are my chances at these schools? would it be worth the delayed app if i retake in december and get a 165?

I have no idea what your chances are. Just don't go to these schools. I am being totally serious.

I have your gpa plus a 170 and I've been racking my brain over a retake. You're crazy if you don't. The only schools taking a 2.5/160 aren't worth going to.

Agreed! Those schools are horri-bad. I am not in the best boat either, but after reading this thread and doing a lot of research, I've learned that you always have to consider the debt:jobs ratio. And when doing that, consider the economy and the swollen legal market.
Maybe UM was worth the money a while ago (doubt it), it now has competition from well-respected national schools like Duke, Emory as well as regional competitors like UF.
You have a decent score that can only get higher! Apply ASAP and submit the new score in Dec. PLEASE.
Shoot for T1 schools, I beg you.
