Attended probably the best UG in TX (I'll let some of you fight it out over exactly what that is) and screwed around way too much in college. I'd love to say that my grades showed an upward trend, but the truth is that they started out stellar and moved down pretty much every year. What's more, I received mostly A's, except for the several classes I failed, which didn't help my average.
Been in the workforce 4 years now, most of my jobs not that impressive (service industry, clerical, etc.). What can I say, I was glad for any work at all. My softs aren't that extraordinary, just a little work for the local Democratic campaign office.
I almost fainted when I saw my LSATs, but I have to keep myself grounded with regards to my GPA and otherwise un-breathtaking credentials. Does anyone see me at, say, Michigan, UVA or Georgetown next year?
Also, how much should I read into all these fee waiver emails I keep getting?
