3.78/171 Chance at Berkeley?

hourumd and lawschoolpredictor seem to indicate that it would be a coin toss. Supposedly Berkeley weighs GPA more heavily than most schools, and that works against me.
top 50 public UG, highest honors, senior thesis, 1 yr WE as paralegal. Thoughts?
Edit: CA resident, FWIW.

It's my understanding that Berkley is hard to predict, but I think, looking at their 25/75, that you have a better than even shot.

I'd say it's impossible to tell with your numbers and really will depend on the strength of your application and personal statement. If they are great/awesome you have a good shot (60%), if not, I don't think you can be confident that you will end up being admitted. The good news is that you have a shot and whether or not you get admitted is within your control at this point to a large extent, something that's not the case with the vast majority of applicants to the school.
