If non-URM you are shooting way too high that GPA.

You can apply to those schools, any place where your LSAT is on or above median is a realistic app. if your GPA is in their 25%. Although you are just under median LSAT at a few of these schools. With your numbers you got a shot at a great T50, or T25. Good Luck!

I have very very similar numbers to you. You definitely need to apply to more safeties, it is unlikely that you will get into any of those schools except for American. I am also applying to American (a good match for our stats) and 2 of those other schools you listed, but the others are just my very unlikely reaches. If you're committed to those schools, retake the LSAT, otherwise, adjust your expectations a bit. Good luck.

Retake?
Taking an LSAT today to see how i feel about a retake. Theres only 3 weeks left to study so a retake might not be an option.

February. I know it's cutting it close, but if there's any chance of 170, I'd say it's worth it. Worse case scenario, you reapply early next year and have an even better cycle.

You need to submit the apps now and hope they wait long enough for your February score. It's not a guarantee. That's why I mentioned the worse-case scenario above.
I'll shut up now and let some others weigh in.

-10 on RC is a very glaring weakness, one you can easily slash in half, if not more, with enough practice.

Yes it is. I really want to apply this cycle but i do not think there is enough time to get back into my LSAT zone and fix this problem. But then again i have zero experience with retakes.

It sounds like you are dissatisfied with your current options. It may be a prudent idea to retake in February and hold off until next cycle.

Yea its because i really do not want to wait another year to apply. I graduated in the summer and i am not currently employed. I want a better LSAT but im not sure i have enough time between now and December to prepare for it.
Very confused

Don't be confused. Waiting and retaking is rarely a mistake. Rushing the accruing unmanageable is a mistake.

You should check out:

Just plug in your numbers and agree to terms, and that will give you a good sense of your chances. I think you have a great shot at American. Which is ideally where I would like to end up if I can raise my lsat.
