164/ 3.73. International applicant.

Do I have any chance of getting into Cornell? Could a good diversity statement or other factors help me get in. Should I retake? I bombed LG, ran out of time, didn't even attempt five questions, so I could get a higher score.

No, because your international GPA doesn't count, and your LSAT is well below median.
