170 and 3.6 -- scholarship chances?

I scored a 170 on the October LSAT as a retake (163 June '10). I've got about a 3.55ish GPA right now. At the end of the semester it should be close to a 3.62. I'm located in the southeastern U.S. My GPA displays an extremely upward trend (3.95 over the last 32 hours attempted, prior to this semester). That is when I changed my major. Not sure if this will matter but thought I'd mention it anyway.
Anyway.. where should I apply, any chance at T6 even with an ED? Also where would I have a chance at substantial scholarship money?
Thanks for reading.

Also wanted to mention that I'd be very interested in Duke, Vandy, Texas and possibly UCLA/USC if there was money.
Chicago/NYU at sticker maybe.

You aren't getting Chicago or NYU, even with ED. But you have a shot at every school penn on down. You will get maybe some money at 7-14 but not much. Should get more money 15-20.

I would say in at Cornell, UCLA, Texas, Vandy, Notre Dame, USC, SMU, and Alabama.
Chance at UVA, Duke, and Gtown.
Likely out at Northwestern.
Not really sure about $$ though.
