Oooor, I can give you five of my lsat poins for .5 from your gpa.
As far as Texas Tech. Remember that though the Texas economy is not horrible you still have SMU in Dallas, UH in houston, then Texas in Dallas, Houston, and Austin, and baylor doing all the litigation. So, yeah, be careful.

I plan on retaking it. Should I complete my applications with the 149? ie.. pay the fees and etc.. or.. wait completely until after the dec lsat

Also anyone from the T14 who wants a Texas job, and Tulane does moderately well in Texas also.

Retake. Try Knewton lsat prep. They have a 5 point money back guarantee. Get the logic games and logic reasoning bibles.
Please do your research on the law schools that you are thinking about attending. Do not take any of the career placement stats as face value. People coming from T14s are having problems getting placed. Proceed with extreme caution.
