How much does a mid december app hurt?

Not sure if this is the right forum for this question. But with a 168/3.79 how much would a mid december app hurt me?

Where? Depends. If its a school you've got awesome numbers for, probably not too much. The reason why Dec/Jan apps are not encouraged is because theyve already usually given people spots so the remaining spots become much more competitive.

Sounds like you have a competitive shot at admissions, up to you whether you think A. You can improve (not guaranteed) and B. the 2 month delay will not hurt you more than the improvement....you might increase enough to be accepted had you applied nov1 but not Jan 1. Look up LSN for each school and especially see the decision dates. Some schools are a little later, while some schools will WL people who would have gotten in otherwise...

Why don't you send in your apps early with an LSAT score pending?
