3.4 from USC with a 167, will have 4 years WE. What are my chances at the below including scholarship chances, and does it seem like a good mix (am I missing any schools), if I want to work in California, NY, DC. Also, is being married worth mentioning in a PS.

USC and UCLA are iffy, as is GW to a lesser extent. But you have a good to very good shot at every other school down the list. Will they all be acceptances? Probably not. But you will likely have success within this range. And I think you should add BU to your list. You didn't list Boston as a city you are looking to work in, but you listed NYC. Seeing as BU has better NYC placement than BC, I'd go with BU if I were to apply to a Boston school.

you will get into wustl without any problems.
your 4 years of we might help you a lot. I dont think you need to apply to american etc..
just hit 4-5 nd/wustl/gw/uiuc/bu/bc/fordham.....
you willl get something in that range. Possibly higher.
