(freshman 3.33 > sophomore 3.67 > junior 3.89)
LSAT: 164

Other:
2 leadership positions @ Penn
summer jobs: journalism for finance newsletter, intern for school district attorney, sales at consulting firm
work at Penn: soph+junior year 10 hrs/wk; senior year 20 hrs/wk
several other smaller activities @ Penn
3 LORs: 2 good, 1 great
essay: about interest in education law from internship w/ school attorney
dean's list

Fordham
BC
BU

can you provide more productive assessments about the schools i listed? e.g. law school predictor says BC as strong consider

use lawschoolnumbers.com Check out the graphs from last year.

You are in no mans land. Your numbers are both slightly below meidan at most schools in the wustl/gw/bu/bc/wustl range. The only thing you can do is try the shotgun approach. Apply to every school in the range. uiuc/emory/fordham/bc/bu/emory/wustl/ND/hastings/davis/unc...etc and hope for the best........

You're borderline for BC/BU/Fordham. Out at GW and W&L. If you do get into any of these, you'll probably pay sticker or close to it, and it's not worth it in this economy. Retake if you want to go to these schools.

$ isn't a consideration in my decision - okay thanks, borderline for bc/bu/fordham. those are my top 3 so i'm hoping for any one of those, esp BC

I think you have a better than decent shot at BC.
