4.00/165; Chances at UVA?

Hey guys, I just received my Oct. LSAT score. I was pretty disappointed bc I was PT'ing @ 170 for like 5 months leading up to the exam. I really dropped the ball on the Games section, and ended up with a 165.

I have a solid GPA (4.00) and I know my LSAT isn't awful, but it leaves something to be desired when considering applying to the top schools. The only problem is that I'm an Accounting major at West Virginia University. I imagine that going to WVU is definitely going to count against me, and being a business major probably doesn't help either.

So realistically, coming from my school, if I maintain a 4.00 (it'll be higher weighted), with my 165, and with Big 4 public accounting internship experience (KPMG) how are my chances at UVA?

If you ED you have a fairly decent chance with that GPA. UVA seems to like EDers who are 3.9+/160+ because it helps them maintain their 3.85 GPA median. Odds go down significantly if you apply RD or if you delay, so if UVA is your first choice and you're sure, get that app in now.

I just sent in my ED app with very similar numbers. We shall see.
