Options: University of St. Thomas (MN), William Mitchell, University of Minn., University of North Dakota.

I am from North Dakota, and I would kind of like the be able to stay in the upper midwest. Should I apply to Wisconsin or Marquette too? Iowa?

North Dakota is probably the only school out of all of those worth going to. As long as you're cool with working in North Dakota. I'd retake.
