I have a 3.87 GPA (top 5% of my class) and scored a 167 in october. I also have a lot of internship experience at big firms on Wall Street. Im also a member of several honor societies. Do I have a shot at cornell or any other T14?

Yes. I'd send apps to Penn on down to Cornell. Some will likely bite.
