Not chances per se...

International applicant here, relevant data is as follows:

Quality of Academic Record: Superior
Oct' 10 LSAT Score: 170

Softs:
Working for last 6 years in the Supreme Audit Institution of my country (equivalent in USA = Government Accountability Office)
(Directly related to law, unlike some jobs at GAO though)
Organized & attended international conferences as representative of country on the audit of the expenditure for F-35 project (costs for my country $11 billion).

etc.

My PT average was 174+. Thus, I do think I have a chance of scoring higher when I retake in December. Test was administered 300 miles from where I live, so travel and a nasty cold all affected my score. December test will be administered in the city I live.

Question: Should I apply to schools that normally would find 170 low now and inform them that I will retake OR wait for December scores to apply (My current gut feeling says this would be too late)?
